Lonnie R. Hollis

Founder & Principal Consultant

Lonnie R. Hollis brings more than 25 years of leadership and operational experience across corrections, public-sector operations, intelligence support, quality improvement, policy compliance, staff development, and organizational accountability.

He currently serves as Assistant Executive Director of Quality Improvement & Accountability / Assistant Executive Director with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, Cook County Department of Corrections.

His background includes executive leadership, multi-division operational oversight, policy and compliance leadership, strategic program development, quality improvement, staff readiness, crisis planning, and stakeholder engagement.
